Licence to use the app
What you may do with MyVanPal, and what stays ours.
MyVanPal Pro, subscriptions and the lifetime purchase
Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Apple processes every purchase.
Your content
Your logbook is yours; we claim no rights over it and hold no copy of it.
Acceptable use
The handful of things you must not do with the app.
No warranty on your records
MyVanPal is a logbook, not a legal, safety or roadworthiness document, and it does not replace your official paperwork.
Limitation of liability
The limits of what we are responsible for, including lost data.
Changes to the app and to these terms
How changes are made and announced.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law, and the competent courts.
